Return Policy for Remote Controls
Please note that remote controls are not eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. This is because each remote control is configured to match a specific fan model with unique frequency requirements. After placing an order, our customer service team will proactively reach out to request photos of your fan and both sides of the remote control. These photos ensure that the remote control we send is compatible with your fan.
If you do not provide the required photos and we proceed with shipping, returns will not be accepted if the remote control is found to be incompatible.
